Terms of service

Account and orders
These Terms apply to the xUID account portal, domain services, hosting packages and related services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the product terms made available before purchase. Contact xUID through your account or at support@xuid.ru.
Review the domain spelling, protection plan, package, billing period and total before paying. You are responsible for the choices you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share passwords, authentication codes, API keys or private keys through support tickets.
An availability result, payment or order confirmation does not by itself confirm successful registration or activation. Domain and hosting orders may require manual processing or approval by an upstream provider. The status shown in your account identifies whether processing is still pending.
Final sales and refunds
All sales are final. xUID does not offer discretionary refunds, cancellations that reverse completed purchases, payment reversals or wallet credits. Once a domain registration, renewal, service or paid task has been delivered, the purchase cannot be undone.
Changing your mind, not using a service, selecting the wrong domain or plan, DNS delays, later suspension, or dissatisfaction with an outcome does not create an entitlement to a discretionary refund or credit. Stopping a future renewal does not refund a period already purchased.
Report suspected billing errors or an undelivered order through support with the invoice reference. Opening a ticket does not approve a refund, credit or reversal. Nothing in these Terms excludes a refund, cancellation or other remedy that applicable law requires.
Domains and protection
Every domain is subject to the applicable top-level domain rules, registrar terms and registry requirements, including policies concerning registration eligibility, registrant arrangements, delegation, renewal, transfer, disputes, suspension and deletion. These requirements apply alongside the service description and any protection agreement provided for your order.
Registry and registrar rules may change. Where a mandatory registry rule conflicts with these Terms, that rule governs the affected domain operation. A domain service provides the rights described in the relevant registration arrangement; it does not grant ownership of a top-level domain or immunity from third-party action.
xUID cannot guarantee that a domain will remain available, delegated, transferable or eligible for renewal. Registries, registrars and other competent authorities may restrict a domain independently of xUID. A protection plan does not remove their authority or permit unlawful use.
Select protection when placing the registration order. Base domains cannot move to a protection plan after purchase. A requested move from Private Identity to Bulletproof requires a separate assessment and agreement; availability and acceptance are not guaranteed.
DNS changes and nameserver updates depend on registry processing and caching. Stated processing times are estimates unless an express written commitment says otherwise. Check the portal for current status; do not rely solely on email notices about domain restrictions or expiry.
Hosting
Hosting is governed by the applicable package description and the usage policy provided for that package. These define the resources, supported uses, billing cycle, management level, support scope and any included backup or restoration service. A feature is included only where the package expressly says so.
You are responsible for your content, software, licences, access controls and independent backups. Do not assume that xUID can restore deleted, corrupted or suspended content. You must comply with applicable law, third-party rights and the restrictions of the selected package.
Payments and renewals
Use the payment details, currency and network shown on the current invoice. Payment requires confirmation by our payment system. Transfers made to an incorrect address or network may be irrecoverable.
Keep track of renewal dates and maintain sufficient funds where automatic renewal is enabled. Automatic renewal depends on eligibility and successful processing; enabling it is not a guarantee of renewal. Future renewal prices may change, subject to applicable notice requirements and existing commitments.
Unpaid, expired or cancelled services may become inaccessible or be removed under the applicable service rules. Cancelling a service does not erase amounts already owed or reverse work already delivered.
Support
Support is limited to the scope of the purchased service. Unless your package expressly includes them, support does not cover website development, application debugging, migrations, third-party software administration or work on systems outside xUID’s control.
Base domain support is free and uses the basic support queue. Priority support cannot be purchased for a Base domain, including through a reseller account. Other support levels depend on the applicable package or protection agreement.
We do not promise a response time, resolution time or successful outcome unless a specific written service commitment expressly provides one. Recovery work, where available, requires separate acceptance and does not guarantee recovery.
Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xUID provides its services “as is” and “as available,” without general warranties, express or implied. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, where those warranties may lawfully be excluded.
xUID does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every application, permanent data retention, a particular commercial result, or freedom from third-party restrictions or security incidents.
Any specific written commitment expressly included in your purchased package or separate agreement applies within its stated scope. This general disclaimer does not cancel that commitment or any warranty imposed by law that cannot be excluded.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xUID excludes liability for losses arising from the use of, inability to use, interruption of or reliance on its services. This includes loss of revenue, profit, business, opportunity, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, and indirect or consequential loss.
To the same extent, xUID is not liable for registry or registrar decisions, third-party outages, DNS propagation, blockchain delays, customer configuration errors, or events outside its reasonable control.
These exclusions apply only where lawful. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. If an exclusion is not enforceable, applicable law determines the remaining liability.
Service restrictions
xUID may restrict or end an affected service where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, a breach of these Terms or the applicable product policy, a security risk, upstream requirements or a legal obligation. Notice will be provided where required by law or the applicable agreement.
Restrictions do not automatically create a refund entitlement. The final-sale policy remains subject to mandatory legal remedies. You may stop using a service or request cancellation, subject to outstanding obligations and the applicable package rules.
Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information associated with your account and services.
We may update these Terms for future services or renewal periods and will give notice of material changes where required. Updates do not retrospectively remove rights arising under an existing purchase. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful.
